Due to the nature of our products, all sales on lip liners and lip glosses are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactlexbeauty30@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days at contactlexbeauty30@gmail.com and we'll send the correct item at no charge.
